Synopsis

A young pregnant woman discovers she has HELLP syndrome, a hereditary condition that has claimed the lives of other women in her family and makes her pregnancy high-risk. Pressured by her father and her partner to have an abortion, she decides to carry the pregnancy to term despite the danger. As her health deteriorates, the story becomes a battle between maternal love, the fear of death, and the right to choose, culminating in an outcome where her greatest act of courage could cost her her life.
